It's Wiki Wiki wack!

I'm a girl who likes to shop. I love fashion, love decor, love love love getting the best deal.

Sound like you?

Then I have to tell you about one of my newest fave sites, ShopWiki.com. Freaking love this site.

Say you want to buy a designer purse. It's your first one, and you want to be sure you get the best one for the best deal. Okay, easy. Go to Designer Purse Buying Guide, and you get more than enough knowledge to help you in your pursuit.

Or, okay...you're a mom. And you finally found a ton of time to start getting that scrapbook you've always wanted to do. Great! Go to the Scrapbooking Buying Guide, and it takes you through step by step of all the things you could possibly need, where to get them, and how to get a great deal. No detail is left untold. Your scrapbooking experience will be just that much better.

Okay, so designer purses and scrapbooking aren't your thing?

What if you're going on a road trip and you want to figure out what exactly you should have in your car on the off chance anything could go wrong. Wellllll, go to the Emergency Road Kit Buying Guide....and what do you know? A complete comprehensive list of everything you need, why you need it, and where to get it.

The Nanny with a Lesson: A Movie Giveaway

I often jokingly refer to my tv or movies as the nanny, since it relieves me of 30 minutes to an hour of being needed. But in order to relieve just a tad bit of the guilt I feel by allowing such a horrid habit, I do my best to make sure there is a moral, a lesson, or something to benefit from, involved.

Most of the time.

So, as of late, my son has begun having "fears." He's been afraid of his room, the dark, water in his eyes, and so on. {Too bad, running across the street isn't on that list.}

But, I digress.

Anyway, I was offered a chance to view and review the video from Paphappahooey Island, called: Do It Afraid (voice of Joyce Meyer), and I was all over it.

And let me just say, both my son and I loved it.

Now, I can't be absolutely sure it's because of the movie, but a week after seeing it, my dear son put his face in the water, dunked his head, and swam across the pool. All. By. Himself.

Coincidence? Maybe, but I'd like to think not.

Now, they have all kinds of episodes that deal with all kinds of issues, but this one in particular was exactly what I needed when I needed it.

And did I mention, it babysat my child? And I was able to blog. And read. And breathe.

Hallelujah.

You want one now don't you?

Guess what?!? You can have one! But just one of you guys.

So enter away, and I will announce the winner next Sunday the 13th.

By the way, this movie is good for ages 3-13. So, share it with the whole family!
